Crystals of Light Healing Sessions: The Crystals of Light are healing tools that work on many levels of our being. Their function is to heal the body and to activate Multi-Dimensional levels of awareness. I use the Crystals of Light to bring forth information, knowledge, truth, and guidance. Allow the Crystals of Light to join you in your journey to spiritual Ascension. Benefits of a session with the Crystals of Light include: The feeling of expansion, along with creating a greater sense of truly belonging and connecting to the whole universe. You will experience a lightness of being, more clarity, love and direction in your life’s work. Everything you receive in your session will be uniquely yours.

Crystal Healing Massage: Combining the soothing comfort of touch with the powerful energies of crystals. This massage will satisfy your need for the physical muscle manipulation and the desire for the profound energetic healing work. This powerful combination sooths your soul on both energetic and physical levels. Integrating the mineral kingdom into the massage will allow you to have a more complete healing experience.

Crystal Enhanced Reiki: Is a method I developed to amplify the Reiki energy. By adding crystals to this healing session I am simultaneously increasing the energy of the crystals as well as the Reiki energy. Is a Japanese word meaning “Universal Life-force Energy.” In this session I act as a conduit for this Universal Life-force Energy to flow through me. By keeping gentle contact either through touch or intention, Crystal Enhanced Reiki energy illuminates the subtle layers of our body and generates outward, balancing the whole energy field. This simple and powerful form of energy work will assist you in healing your physical, emotional and spiritual bodies.

Foot Reflexology: Indulge your feet to enhance your body. This ancient style of bodywork relaxes and balances your whole body. Using specialized thumb and finger techniques, foot reflexology causes relaxation responses in corresponding parts of the body, that can be found on the feet. After a session of Reflexology you feel as though you have had a full-body massage.

Lomi Lomi: Hawaiian Spiritual Massage. This relaxing and enjoyable massage combines the use of shells and crystals to move stuck or heavy energy out of the body. Long fluid forearm strokes represent the ocean waves helping to relax and cleanse the muscles. A Lomi Lomi session will give you the feeling of resting on a peaceful Hawaiian beach.

Ionic Foot Bath: Your session will begin with reflexology to open up the meridians and to stimulate the reflex points on the bottom or your feet. This will stimulate the lymphatic system and aid in the releasing of toxins from your body. While you are lying down your feet are placed in water (a plastic bag is used for sanitary purposes around the tub) and the foot bath begins. By charging the water with negative ions, which are the opposite polarity of the lymphatic system’s fluid, it gently pulls clogged toxic material from the vessels and nodes of your lymphatic system. This process along with focused crystal enhanced Reiki will provide you with a very powerful detoxifying healing session.

This healing experience is unique to each individual, and to each session. A session with me combines the skills of a doula with the sensitivity of a medical intuitive to provide you with a balanced, nurturing and healing session.

Medical Intuitive Assessment: Carmen's training in Medical Qi Gong provided her base for analyzing ailments in people. This combined with her natural ability to see the energy of people and her nursing education provides for an accurate assessment of your body.
